HOW TO: RALPH LAUREN

Here's a tut on how to SE some ralph lauren products and also some cologne stuff any brand 
-So, the easiest part, go onto the Ralph Lauren Site and choose the cologne you would like to SE
Just for this tutorial I'm going to do a relatively cheap, but good quality and nice cologne, called the Polo Black Eau De Toilette.
Next, scroll to the very bottom of the website and you'll see a customer assistance hyperlink as shown below.
-Now call them up or email them, whichever works best for you, and tell them how you bought the cologne for a friend/family member for a gift and say that however upon inspection of the cologne you noticed that there was mold at the bottom of the cologne and that it smelt very pungent. You don't want to give such an unpleasant gift to your friend/family member and would like to get a replacement cologne a.s.a.p.
